Otsuka Holdings Publishes “Integrated Report 2026”

Otsuka Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and Representative Director, CEO: Makoto Inoue) has published its Integrated Report 2026, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. Since 2018, Otsuka Holdings has issued annual integrated reports to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of the Otsuka group’s approach to medium- to long-term value creation and initiatives aimed at enhancing its corporate value.
Under the corporate philosophy of “Otsuka-people creating new products for better health worldwide,” the Otsuka group aims to realize a future of well-being beyond physical and mental health, where everyone can live true to themselves. For the first time, the report also presents the Otsuka group’s human capital strategy for enhancing the capabilities of its people, who are the source of innovation. It also features stories of Otsuka employees, highlighting their initiatives and aspirations, while offering deeper insight into the group’s corporate culture and organizational vitality.
