Since August 2026, we have received multiple reports of fraudulent emails impersonating executives of Otsuka Holdings Co., Ltd. and its group companies.
These emails may contain unsolicited business proposals relating to the procurement of raw materials, establishment of manufacturing facilities, or the execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). However, these communications are not authorized by, and have no affiliation with, Otsuka Holdings Co., Ltd., its group companies, or any of their executives.
If you receive such an email that you have no recollection of, please do not reply, make any payment, or provide any personal or confidential information.
We urge all recipients to exercise caution and remain vigilant against such fraudulent communications.
